South County Distillers’ spirits are crafted with only the finest ingredients sourced both locally and globally.  Using traditional techniques, these ingredients are transformed into finished spirits at our distillery.  The result is a smooth and refined product ready for your enjoyment.

Agave

South County Agave Spirit gives a nod to everyone’s favorite spirit from south of the border. Distilled from 100% blue agave, this is one smooth sipper that works equally as well in a salt-rimmed cocktail. Pairs well with guacamole, chips and tacos.

South County White Rum begins with the finest grade of molasses. A hot fermentation with Caribbean rum yeast creates fruity flavors that are captured in our slow distillation. The result is a smooth and buttery rum suitable for sipping or mixing into a tropical cocktail.

South County Limoncello is a refreshing lemon liqueur crafted in Westerly’s North End. We start with the finest lemons and zest them by hand. Enjoy this straight from the freezer, on the rocks, or added to your favorite vodka martini.

Vodka

South County Vodka is produced from grain to glass in our Westerly, RI distillery. Our select blend of rye and wheat yields an exceptionally smooth vodka that is dry and crisp with subtle spice notes. Enjoy in your favorite cocktail or as we do, simply chilled on its own.

Our Gin begins with grains that culminate with our secret blend of botanicals. We capture the delicate nuance of each yielding floral, spice and citrus notes with a classic juniper backbone, resulting in a well-rounded, versatile gin fit for any cocktail.

Espresso Martini

We teamed up with our friends at Dave’s Coffee to bring you this classic cocktail. Using their Spray Rock roast, we whipped up a fresh batch of cold brewed espresso, blended it with our South County Vodka and finished with a touch of sugar for subtle sweetness.
